How to clear body acne …. There are many products on the market , some work , so do not , so here is a quick rundown:
What is neccessary in a cream remedy…
The active ingredients are usually Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid , some contain bith but as a rule of thumb it is best not to have a product that mixes them , try one and then the other , if there is no improvement then try a product that contains both . This will make sure you are not exposing yourself to a chemical or compund that doesn’t work.
Salycillic Acid is the same ingredient used in many wart cremes and though it is a far smaller doosage it is still quite effective
This isthe preferred liquid of choice and is the most common . It usually is mixed in tube with many other ingredients to sanitise and smooth the skin and also regenerate the skin tissue .
The ebst way to use this al;l; over the body is to purchase a body wash , and this system will remove the heads and disinfect the areas , the body waswh is not strong enough on its own to renove pimples , for those you will need a topical application of a far stronger treatment.
There are many other systems that you can use to clear the skin in an all over wash , and these include …using a good , sensitive skin wash soap , but not coal tar, a good rub of the skin with a flannel soaked in the wash or , ph balaced wash of your choice , and to be sure to scrub the surface of the skin to clear the skin of oils bacteria and dead skin incuding sealed pores .
A few capfuls of witch hazel in the bath water can also help , or even topical rub of the same on problem areas.
