Home remedies acne

Probably the best home treatment for acne is washing .

This is not just a normal wash but a wash to clear all the pores and the other facial bacteria that may be breeding on the skin.

most effective is the scrubbing of the skin with a microbead face cleansing soap .

This not only removes the dead skin cell but also it encourages the blood vessels close to the skin to revitalise the upper layers .

Personally I use a standard terry clothed face cloth , dampened and smeared with microbead face cleaner or blackhead remover .

If I havn’t done this for a while I will some times smear a little over the area that are problematice and leave for a few minutes .

Scrubbing in circles will remove the skin covering that have formed over the pores , these are the crevices in which the bacteria can breed , with enough organic matter and warmth , these will multiply until they are sufficient in number to start to attack the skin .

The skin of course will then grow over the pore , thus sealing them in in a kind of hatchery for the young pup? bacteria!

Tjhis covering becomes tough in a very short time and is the main reason that teens love to pop!

STOP !!! The pop only serves to damage the skin pores surroundings , and spread a little of the bacteria into surrounding pores .

The microbead , anti bacterial creams will erode these skin "caps" and allow the pore to become open to the air . The terry towel can be used to keep rubbing over the surface of a sealed up pore till the skin erodes .

Once open the  towel and beads gently get right into the pore opening and clean out the infection , leaving behind a  little antibacteria solution , to destroy any remaining bacterium.

Essentially this is to be done with hot water as this will cause the pores to open up and the skin caps to soften .

The end process is to again wash off the face with the face cloth , having rinsed it thoroughly  and then wet it  with very colod water and rinse alot .

This will close the pores , and cool the face .

It is natural for the face to redden at this time . The glow will pass in a few hours , and to be sure the reddness is a good indictation that the blood flow is vigorous in the face tissue and will repair very quickly .

Personally I like to follow this with a copious splash of Witch Hazel , which is an astringent and will close and fill the pores with antibac properties .
