There are some natural remedies that can work.
Such as the oats and yoghurt mix, which does work very well on some and is 100% not harmful.Simply it is just those ingredients , and nothing more .Live yoghurt is known for its skin regenerative properties and on its own can help the skin repair , rejuvinate and even alleviate the effects of sunburn. Oats have been known for a long time to be very useful in repairing skin damage and has been highly recommended for all types of homemade skin washes. These two ingredients , together or on their own are non acidic, in fact neutral, and are safe and non damaging.Unless you gave allergies to either dairy or cereal, gluten, in which case iot is not advisable!

The use of Garlic as an acne remedy.
Taken internally , garlic is a great way to purify the blood , and is also an antibiotic, in a suitably large , constant dose. The oil exuded from the skin, is also an antibiotic and the oil also provides a skin rejuvinating action too.Rub it on your face? Well , no! Garlic is extremely irritant , and in small doses can be ok , but more likely, after a few minutes , if you do not feel burning, you will see your face turn red and not with embarrassment!
