Things you can do today to limit acne!

Acne can be a long going battle, and even as you get older you think, "when is this gonna end?".

In a lot of cases acne will continue until you limit the root causes.After the hormonal rush is over , you may wonder why the acne problem still shows , and this is always dur to a number of factors.

The main factor is the hormonal rush is never over. Your body has hormonal rushes from time to time. These can be produced from emotions, stress, physical exertion, drugs , well practically anything that causes a change to the bodies metabolism.

The second factor is the food you eat, Many foods contain negative properties , in fact they contain the very compounds that you body is already removing. One such compound is urea .This is found in low quality meats , offal, even in soups (organic foods too), and of course cheese burgers. As its’ name suggests it is expelled from the body in the normal process . Included in this category is food that produces excessive urea and other toxins. This unfortunately includes milk, cheese, and other milk based products. Excluded from this category is probiotic yogurts and other products. Though these do also contribute to urea waste, it is firmly believed (by myself too) that the assistance in the digestive system does ease the strain on the other organs .

Ant the third is always the sugar group , both complex sugars , and refined.

For these 2 main factors , the main point is the effect that these products have on the liver. The liver is a main filter in the body and this not only supplements the body’s process of converting complex sugars to glucose , but also removes excessive hormones and various other toxins-waste products. The body’s metabolism is greatly influenced by the liver and so to increase the efficiency a few suggestions :

  • limit the dairy produce ( except probiotic). Margarine and low fat spreads too.
  • processed red meat , pork , are to be limited or removed from your diet
  • chocolate , cola , and other refined sugar(table sugar) completely gone (aspartame too!)

Red meat is a necessary provider of iron that your body and liver need , try to use a high quality supplement instead , or a cereal. Iron from beef is only usable if the beef in undercooked , so if you like your steaks and burgers well done then you were not getting too much iron anyway.Iron has been proven to be key in the limitation of acne breakouts (but urea is not good, too!)

Refined sugar is never good, it stimulates the body , and increases activity in bursts , including the glands and produce blood sugar poisons that stay in the blood too long before removal.

Garlic capsules and vitamin B capsules are also very beneficial for the skin and for the metabolism , and can be found naturally in foods , but in the case of garlic, capsules are more socially friendly.
